Fees and Expenses:

$225.00 per hour + taxes + disbursements unless I mediate in my home office, in which case I charge $200.00 per hour + taxes + disbursements.

I was a lawyer in full time practice in Kelowna, B.C. from 1986 until 2000. In 2000, I moved to Naramata, B.C. and opened a home-based office, in which I narrowed my practice to mediation, collaborative family law and adjudication work. My initial mediation training was in 1991 and since then, I have completed hundreds of hours of mediation-related training. I am presently a member of the civil, family and child protection mediation rosters and a mentor in the child protection practicum program. From 2003 until 2009 I served on the board of directors of the BC Mediator Roster Society. Prior to that (1999 to 2003), I was the co-chairperson of the Canadian Bar Association Alternate Dispute Resolution Okanagan Subsection.
