I have been on the Child Protection Roster since 2007. I am also a member of the Civil Roster since 1998, and the Family Roster since 2001. I have conducted over 100 mediations over the last three years.
I am a lawyer called to the bar in 1989, and since 2000 I have accepted predominantly mediation clients.
I have a good understanding and much experience helping diverse individuals reach solutions. This experience includes either mediating or participating in Family Law matters, Child Protection matters, Human Rights complaints, Insurance law and working with persons with challenges or disabilities.
Since 1999, I am also both a mentor (trainer) and mediator in the Small Claim Court Mediation Program
which conducts mediations in Small Claims Court law suits.
