Mediator's Comments:
|
I have volunteered as a facilitator with the Kelowna Restorative Justice Program which involves multi-party mediations in a victim-offender setting. I am also certified in Conflict Management in both mediation and negotiation (February 2001). Previous work includes: therapist at the University of Alberta Hospital, Case Manager in Palliative Home Care and a member of the Provincial Health Ethics Network. I enjoy working with adults and youth from all walks of life and I value having both medical knowledge and conflict resolution training as it encourages a broad assessment and a holistic approach to problem-solving.
