I am a human relations specialist in organizational planning and development, training and conflict resolution. I have management experience as Dean of Student Services at a university college and as a manager for the Ministry of Advanced Education. I have a background in counselling, and more than 20 years experience designing and conducting workplace training and development programs in dispute resolution, teambuilding, supervisory skills, leadership development, instructional skills, diversity and harassment prevention. Currently I mediate workplace and family disputes and provide services in organizational planning, change and development. I have taught courses in Diversity for the Justice Institute of BC, and I am a part-time Social Work faculty member at Thompson Rivers University.
