Mediator's Comments: I have been working as a mediator since 2000 in a wide variety of areas. I am a lawyer by training, called to the Bar and practising law since 1986. I have mediated a number of child protection cases since joining the Roster in 2005. I am also President of the B.C. Dispute Resolution Practicum Society and in that role am overseeing the development of the Child Protection Practicum Project, which is designed to increase the number of trained mediators in unserviced communities around the Province.
