Mediator's Comments: I have a strong belief in the role of mediation (facilitated conversation) as a communication tool. Also, it saves time and money! I am one of two FMC Certified Comprehensive Mediators (see Family Mediation Canada website) in Victoria and I represent BC on the FMC national board of directors. I have completed approximately 800 hours of mediation training. I have been providing organizational development and business management services for over 30 years and I specialize in mediation, facilitation, coaching and the design/teaching of communication courses. I ran several businesses and charities and was a full-time board member concurrently on 15 boards of directors including four hotels and a charity with $50 million in assets.
